How do I choose my resistance?

Medium springs suit most people. Lighter springs favour mobility, control and recovery; heavier springs build full-body strength. Our resistance guide walks you through it, and every product page lists the spring set-up.

Are your reformers studio-grade?

Yes. Our frames use aircraft-grade aluminium and solid maple with precision-calibrated springs. Each reformer is numbered and comes with a quality certificate covering the frame, springs and load rating.

How does delivery work?

Dispatched within 24 hours in secure double-walled packaging, fully insured. Allow 2 to 4 working days in Europe and 5 to 8 for the rest of the world, with real-time tracking.

What if it isn't right for me?

You have a 30-day home trial. If the reformer isn't right for you, we'll collect it — no hidden fees, no fuss.
