Setup Guide

This guide gives general preparation steps before using a Pilates reformer or related equipment. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product you ordered.

Before assembly

• Check the product page and order confirmation to confirm the model and selected variant.
• Inspect the packaging when it arrives and keep all packaging until the product has been checked.
• Prepare enough floor space for assembly and later use.
• Check all included parts before starting assembly.

During setup

• Follow the instructions provided with the product.
• Do not force parts together if something does not align correctly.
• Check that moving parts are secure before first use.
• If a part appears damaged or missing, contact customer service before using the product.
