Payment Currency
All transactions on reformerliving.com are processed in British pounds sterling (GBP).
Payment Authorisation
Payment is charged when the customer validates the order and the payment is accepted.
After successful payment, the customer receives an order confirmation by email with the order details.
If the payment is refused or flagged as potentially fraudulent by Shopify or by a payment provider:
- the order will not be processed;
- the customer will be notified by email;
- the customer may be asked to try again or use another accepted payment method.
Order Verification
For fraud prevention and compliance purposes, Reformer Living may contact the customer to confirm certain details before processing an order.
This may include:
- verification of the customer’s email address;
- confirmation of the delivery address;
- a request for additional verification in rare cases of suspicious activity.
Reformer Living reserves the right to cancel any order that does not pass the verification process. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Failed or Cancelled Payments
If a payment fails or is cancelled:
- the order will not be processed;
- the customer must return to the cart or checkout page and complete payment again;
- no order confirmation will be issued until payment has been successfully accepted.
If funds appear to have been charged but the order has not been confirmed, the customer must contact Reformer Living as soon as possible at contact@reformerliving.com.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale available on reformerliving.com.

Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and prevent fraudulent activity, Reformer Living reserves the right to carry out payment checks.
For certain transactions considered high risk, Reformer Living may request additional information or confirmation before processing the order.
If the requested verification is not completed, Reformer Living may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method where payment has already been received.

Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Paris time. Customer service is closed on weekends and public holidays.
