Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 - Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by RIFAI Samy EI, trading as Reformer Living, with consumers and non-professional buyers who wish to purchase products offered for sale on reformerliving.com.
These Terms set out the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery and management of any returns for products ordered by customers.
These Terms may be supplemented by specific conditions displayed on reformerliving.com before any transaction with the customer.
These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other conditions, including those applicable to sales made through other sales channels.
These Terms are available at any time on reformerliving.com and will prevail over any other version or contradictory document.
Reformer Living may update these Terms. The applicable version is the version in force on reformerliving.com on the date the customer places the order.
Article 2 - Products Offered for Sale
The products offered for sale on reformerliving.com are Pilates reformers, Pilates reformers with tower, classic Pilates reformers, foldable Pilates reformers, oak Pilates reformers, solid wood Pilates reformers, aluminium Pilates reformers, steel alloy Pilates reformers, Pilates cadillacs and Pilates accessories.
The main characteristics of the products, including specifications, illustrations, dimensions, materials and product details, are presented on reformerliving.com.
The customer must read the product description before placing an order. The choice and purchase of a product are the customer’s sole responsibility.
Photographs and graphics displayed on reformerliving.com are provided for information purposes and do not have contractual value.
The customer must refer to the description of each product to understand its properties, essential characteristics and delivery information.
Contractual information is presented in English and is confirmed no later than the validation of the order by the customer.
Article 3 - Validity of Product Offers
Product offers are valid subject to available stock, as indicated when the order is placed.

Reformer Living is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.
The customer may contact the seller at any time by email at contact@reformerliving.com for any question relating to an order, product, delivery, return, refund or personal data request.
Validation of the order by the customer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
The customer confirms that they have the legal capacity required to enter into a contract and purchase the products offered on reformerliving.com.
Article 5 - Orders
The customer may place an order on reformerliving.com by selecting the products they wish to purchase and following the checkout process.
The customer can review the details of the order, the total price and correct any errors before confirming the order.
An order is registered when the customer accepts these Terms and validates the order through the checkout process.
The sale becomes final after Reformer Living sends the customer an order confirmation email and after full payment has been received or authorised.
Any order placed, validated by the customer and confirmed by Reformer Living forms a distance contract between the customer and the seller.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the seller’s computer systems constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the customer.
Reformer Living reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute relating to payment of a previous order.
Reformer Living sells products to consumers and non-professional buyers. The products may be used for personal or professional studio use, provided they are used in accordance with the product instructions, safety guidance and intended purpose.
The customer may request a change to an order by contacting contact@reformerliving.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched and if the request can reasonably be processed.
The customer may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting contact@reformerliving.com. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer must follow the return procedure set out in these Terms.
Article 6 - Prices
Products are supplied at the prices displayed on reformerliving.com at the time the order is placed.
Prices are displayed in GBP for the United Kingdom market.
RIFAI Samy EI is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.
The prices take into account any discounts offered by Reformer Living on reformerliving.com.
Prices are firm and non-revisable once the order has been confirmed. Reformer Living reserves the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
UK delivery is free for all orders placed on reformerliving.com.
Because products may be dispatched from an international warehouse, orders may be subject to import duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees or courier handling fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
The amount payable by the customer is the total amount shown at checkout at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 7 - Payment Terms
The full price is payable at the time the customer places the order through secure payment methods.
The accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna, Shop Pay and PayPal.
Payment by card is irrevocable, except in the event of fraudulent use of the card. In that case, the customer may request cancellation of the payment and refund of the corresponding amount.
If Klarna or PayPal offers deferred payment, instalment payment or financing options, those services are provided under the terms and approval conditions of the relevant payment provider.
Reformer Living does not store the customer’s full payment card details.
Article 8 - Delivery
Products ordered by the customer are delivered to the United Kingdom only.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.
The estimated transit time is 4 to 5 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order on reformerliving.com.
Delivery is completed when the customer, or a person designated by the customer, takes physical possession or control of the product.
Unless otherwise stated or in the event of product unavailability, the products ordered will be delivered in a single shipment.
Reformer Living will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the estimated delivery times. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, high-demand periods, force majeure or circumstances outside Reformer Living’s reasonable control.
If the products have not been delivered within 30 days after order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure or where the delay is caused by the customer, the customer may request cancellation of the sale by contacting contact@reformerliving.com.
If the sale is cancelled for this reason, the amounts paid by the customer will be refunded within 14 days following cancellation.
If a delivered product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Reformer Living will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with Article 11 of these Terms.
Reformer Living bears the transport risk until the customer physically receives the product.
Article 9 - Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer only after full payment of the price has been received by Reformer Living.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer when the customer, or a person designated by the customer, physically receives the products.
Until physical delivery has taken place, the products travel at Reformer Living’s risk.
Article 10 - Right of Cancellation and Returns
The customer has 14 days from the day they receive the product to exercise their right of cancellation, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must contact Reformer Living by email at contact@reformerliving.com with a clear statement confirming their wish to cancel the order.
The customer must return the product within 14 days after notifying Reformer Living of the cancellation.

Returned products must be in their original condition, complete, clean, undamaged and returned with all accessories, parts, manuals and original packaging where possible.
Products that are damaged, dirty, incomplete or returned in a condition that prevents resale as new may be refused or may result in a deduction from the refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where the product is faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrect.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method within 14 days after Reformer Living receives the returned product or receives proof that the product has been sent back.
If the customer exercises the right of cancellation within the applicable period, Reformer Living will refund the price paid for the returned product. Since UK delivery is free, no standard delivery charge is deducted or refunded separately.
Article 11 - Seller’s Responsibility and Product Warranty
The products sold on reformerliving.com must correspond to the order and be suitable for their intended use.
Products sold by Reformer Living benefit from a 2-year product warranty.
This warranty covers product defects, damaged parts or faults that are not caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, negligence, lack of maintenance, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, accident or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact Reformer Living at contact@reformerliving.com with the order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.
Reformer Living may offer replacement parts, repair, replacement, return or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
If Reformer Living asks the customer to return a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, Reformer Living will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide return instructions.
The warranty does not affect the customer’s mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Reformer Living’s responsibility is limited to repair, replacement or refund of products confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or affected by a valid warranty claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Article 12 - Personal Data
Personal data requested from the customer is necessary to process orders, payments, delivery, invoices, returns, refunds and customer service requests.
This data may be shared with service providers involved in the processing, payment, shipping, delivery or management of the order.
The processing of personal data through reformerliving.com is described in the Privacy Policy available on reformerliving.com.
The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability and restriction of processing by contacting Reformer Living at contact@reformerliving.com.
Article 13 - Intellectual Property
The content of reformerliving.com is the property of Reformer Living and its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any total or partial reproduction, distribution, modification or unauthorised use of this content is prohibited without prior written permission from Reformer Living.
Article 14 - Force Majeure
The parties cannot be held responsible if the non-performance or delay in performance of any obligation under these Terms results from an event beyond their reasonable control.
Such events may include transport disruption, customs delays, supply chain disruption, strikes, natural disasters, technical failures, government restrictions, war, civil unrest or major service interruptions.
Article 15 - Governing Law and Language
These Terms and the transactions arising from them are governed by French law, without depriving customers located in the United Kingdom of any mandatory consumer protections applicable under their local law.
These Terms are written in English for customers located in the United Kingdom.
Article 16 - Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer must first contact Reformer Living at contact@reformerliving.com so that an amicable solution can be sought.
The customer may also use consumer mediation where applicable.

If no amicable solution is found, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions provided by applicable law.
Article 17 - Pre-contractual Information and Customer Acceptance
By placing an order on reformerliving.com, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
The customer acknowledges that placing an order creates an obligation to pay for the products ordered.
The customer confirms that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Annex - Cancellation Instructions
To cancel an order within the applicable cancellation period, the customer must send a clear cancellation request by email to contact@reformerliving.com.
The cancellation request must include the order number, order date, product concerned, customer full name, customer address and the email address used to place the order.
The customer may use the following wording: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the purchase of the product ordered from Reformer Living.”

After sending the cancellation request, the customer must return the product within 14 days to RIFAI Samy EI - Reformer Living, 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.
