Refund Policy
Right of Cancellation
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to exercise their right of cancellation and request a return followed by a refund.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact Reformer Living by email at contact@reformerliving.com with a clear statement confirming that they wish to cancel their order and return the product.
After notifying Reformer Living of the cancellation, the customer must return the product within 14 days.
For the return to be accepted:
- The product must be returned in its original condition and complete, including packaging, accessories, parts and instructions where possible.
- The product must be clean, undamaged and in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.
- The customer must include the order number or proof of purchase with the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where the product is faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If the customer receives a damaged parcel, a faulty product or an incorrect item, they must contact Reformer Living by email at contact@reformerliving.com and include the order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the problem.
Once the issue has been reviewed, Reformer Living may offer replacement parts, repair, replacement, return or refund depending on the situation.
If Reformer Living asks the customer to return a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, Reformer Living will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide return instructions.
Return Procedure
For any return request, the customer must contact Reformer Living by email at contact@reformerliving.com.
After the return request has been reviewed and approved, the product must be sent by postal service or tracked courier to the following return address:

The customer is responsible for choosing a suitable return service and keeping proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been completed.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the day Reformer Living receives the returned product or receives proof that the product has been sent back.
After the refund has been processed, the customer’s bank or payment provider may take up to 14 days to make the funds appear in the customer’s account.
If the product is returned damaged, dirty, incomplete or in a condition that prevents resale as new, Reformer Living may refuse the return or make a deduction from the refund to reflect the reduction in value.
Exchanges
If the customer would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, they must contact Reformer Living at contact@reformerliving.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by Reformer Living.
